Regenerative Business Summit: "Essence" (3/3)

We are taking our business to a deeper level; our team utilized every minute of our time exploring our "Essence," and "Corporate Direction." Last week, Carol Sanford, the author of "The Regenerative Business," gave us a call to discover what this meant with our founders. We have come up with some terms and phrases and are in the process of testing their fit with our company culture.

The knowledge we received gave our team a language and understanding we could all use to speak from. Now we can start looking at other companies' essence; we will assess what is our unique ability to connect to our customers.

We are really excited to continue this invaluable work as the truths that are revealed are undeniable.
